In comparison to the ruthless and extremists other members of the organization, Norris was a moderated and remorseful man, with disgust and repulsion for the violent actions of the group he was into. He frequently called to moderation and usage of more peaceful methods, which also as frequently attracted the fury of the congregation toward him. Even so, he often hid his unfavorable opinions to avoid being killed.
