The General Shan was the leader of the international gang of smugglers Black Lotus Gang.
Shan and his gang were at one time helped by criminal Jim Moriarty to establish themselves in London, using a chinese-themed circus as a cover for leaving China. However, she soon realised that one of her gang had stolen a jade bar, and so she commissioned Zhi " The Spider" Zhu in intend of punish the potential culprits, Eddie Van Coon and Brian Lukis.
